First Steps
First Steps offers coordinated services and assistance to young children with special needs and their families. First Steps is designed for children, birth to age 3, who have delayed development or diagnosed conditions that are associated with development disabilities.

DESE
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) provides information about Missouri's public schools, the responsibilities of the State Board of Education, and the services of the Department.

MRDD
The St. Louis Office for Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disability (MRDD) assists in providing services to the citizens of the City of St. Louis with Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disabilities.

PLB
Productive Living Board (PLB) provides, within available funds, a planned program of Residential and Vocational services for St. Louis County citizens with developmental disabilities.

Regional Center
St. Louis Regional Center works to develop partnerships that support opportunities, choices, and community membership for citizens with developmental disabilities.

Down Syndrome Association
The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis is to benefit the lives of people with Down syndrome and their families through individual and family supports, information, public awareness and advocacy.
